A high order quadrature scheme, specifically adapted to the singularities encountered in the potential flow description of an axisymmetric bubble is used to compute the flow around a bubble. The bubble shape is determined iteratively using a secant procedure, until the normal stress boundary conditions on the bubble surface are satisfied. The program also generates a tetrahedral discretization of the bubble and a distribution of bubble volumes on a Cartesian grid as would be required to initialize a volume-of-fluid computation.
