In order to provide fundamental data needed in developing turbulence models for bubbly flow I'm carrying computations of the response of a periodic array of bubbles to a turbulent flow field. The computation mimics DNS studies of forced, isotropic, homogeneous turbulence. The difference is that a bubble is placed within the periodic cube and the bubble's interface is tracked explicitly. This is done through a moving mesh technique.
