SpectralMPI is a code to solve the advection-diffusion equation using a pseudo-spectral formulation on a parallel computer.
SpectralMPI uses FFTW for computing fast Fourier transforms, MPI for message passing and HDF 4 for compressed output of data fields. The code has been developed and tested using LAM MPI. It should work with other MPI implementations, e.g. MPICH. You must have these three packages installed on your system for SpectralMPI to work.
