Go to the Crimson Editor homepage (http://www.crimsoneditor.com) and download the install file for the latest version.

Run the Crimson Editor installation file and follow the instructions to install Crimson Editor.

To set up user tools, click on Tools, then Configure User Tools

Copy the information from the following screenshots into the user tools. Note that to use Ghostview, the Ghost tools must be installed. To use the PDF file maker and reader, Adobe Acrobat must be fully installed. File paths (“Command”) may also vary depending on where they were installed. They may need to be found using a Search.
